TAMMINIEMI - URHO KEKKONEN MUSEUM

During my employment at Restaurointimaalaus MIMOS Oy, we worked on the Tamminiemi house museum of President Urho Kekkonen as a smaller project. The project included treating the sauna building with tar. The tar had to be heated and applied evenly on the building, acting as a protective layer on the wood. Furthermore, we also restored the railings on the main museum building and applied new layers of lacquer.
